"When you go to a spa , you expect to be relaxed at the place-this was far from the truth! From the moment they checked us in , we felt like cattle-get in as many as possible We went to the lockers and the lockers were crazy to find one let alone get one that worked We asked two people on staff who didn’t know either Finally we figured out the two we had must not be working This was frustrating cause you are losing part of the two hours The robes need help Two of ours were torn and or had no loops to hold the belt Considering you only get one towel for the two hours , you need the robe to keep the s We went to the inside springs first That part was very nice , We then went to the outside area After beating the frigid cold it was nice but only to find out our towels dropped out of the containers and now are cold and sopping wet . I asked the gentleman why didn’t he pick up-he said we are not allowed to touch ! Really ? Then offer more than one towel We then went inside to the sauna and steam room where it was packed like sardines Again overselling ! When we tried to go to the ice area -we couldn’t see because steam and ice -causes steam We did read reviews ahead and should have realized many of these people were spot on Did we relax-yes some, but until they expand and stop overselling -realize you will be packed in Just an fyi -we went on a Monday morning so should not normally be too busy"
