You should visit in monsoon , otherwise you cannot see all the sisters at a time. There is a view point from where all sisters can been seen. Parking fees ₹30.Full review by arijitbasu79

I want to do noh-kahlikai waterfalls trek. I want to go from Guwahati directly and want to return on same day. Is that possible? Pls suggest with approximate budget.

6 to 7 hours to and fro Guwahati. Trek will take 3 hours at least

At late October, skies should be clear most of the times. During afternoon, it will get foggy. If you want clear skies, then try to visit at the morning at that time of the year.
