We paid and first step into the pool they closed it down and we asked for a refund and they would not give us a refund, terrible customer service. Also lazy river disgustingFull review by Explore48008981318
There is not an age limit but their guide to allowing you on is your ability to swim. They ask you to do a little test that will decide if you can go on the slide.
