I am still confused about how to buy tickets. I am in Texas and considering going to CDMX next month and also see this show. I can buy tickets on ticketmaster but it only offers paper tickets and they need to be picked up either in Mexico or in the US. If I choose to pick up in Mexico (as many of you seem to be able to pick up your tickets at the art palace), I must use a mexican credit card on ticketmaster. Obviously I don't have a Mexican credit card. I can only use a US credit card if I choose to pick up in the US. Has anyone tried picking up the tickets at a US location?

We bought our tickets at the box office on the day of the show (I hate paying Ticketmaster fees). It was a bit of a gamble to wait to get them until we were already in Mexico City, but we were flexible, and there were good seats available the evening we attended the performance. The show is absolutely fantastic!

I have attended several shows there. You can go business casual and be good to go. I have also made it like a nice night out where we had dinner at a nice upscale restaurant and then caught the performance. For that, I did wear a coat and tie and felt nice because the venue is so classy. Hope you enjoy the show.
