If you're planning a proper celebration, you’ll need to get permission from the authorities. However, a simple gathering, like cutting a cake with a few people, shouldn’t be an issue.
Is it allowed to have picnic dates with friends inside the garden? Planning to do one . Is it allowed to carry food inside? Eg : cake , donuts , cupcakes etc
