If you happen to reach trimbak in the first half, you can try getting accomodation at the Ganjanan Maharaj Ashram which is immediately before the market etc starts. Request to confirm, Is kaal sarp puja can be performed in Trimbakeshwar mandir premises. I was informed by someone that puja can be arranged in PanditJi's house only.
