MP Bansuri Swaraj on Saturday said that the people of Delhi voted against the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) 10 years of "misgovernance" and placed their trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.Speaking to ANI,

Aam Aadmi Party Supremo Arvind Kejriwal himself lost at his bastion New Delhi constituency after winning from there consecutively thrice till now. Other important AAP leaders like Saurabh Bharadwaj and Manish Sisodia also saw losses.

The sitting Chief Minister of Delhi defeated BJP's Ramesh Bidhuri in Kalkaji by a margin of 3521 votes. At the end of counting of votes, Atishi had 52154 votes while Bidhuri had 48633 votes. Congress' Alka Lamba managed 4392 votes.
