One of Ben Johnson's most important charges as the first-year head coach of the Bears is developing quarterback Caleb Williams.

In January, Johnson was announced as the Bears’ 19th head coach in the team’s history. He previously served as an assistant coach for six years for the Detroit Lions.

Williams had a rough morning that started with a pick-six to linebacker Tremaine Edmunds on the first snap of 11-on-11 work and later felt Johnson’s fire when the first-string offense couldn’t get lined up correctly in seven-on-seven drills. After multiple pre-snap issues, Johnson couldn’t watch anymore and yelled, “You’re out,” to the entire unit.

Chicago Bears fans are beginning to feel the excitement of Ben Johnson as their team’s head coach, and former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III believes there is good reason for that.

The Chicago Bears have completed five full days of practice at training camp with Monday's session being the first day with full pads. Already we've seen a few notable players standout on both sides of the ball and continue to turn heads throughout multiple practice sessions.
