Blake Lively won a judge’s ruling on Monday setting her deposition on her home turf, after her attorneys raised concerns that Justin Baldoni’s lawyers were trying to turn it into a media spectacle. Lively is set to be deposed on Thursday in her sexual harassment and retaliation suit against Baldoni,

On Monday, Judge Lewis J. Liman granted Lively's request in documents obtained and reviewed by Entertainment Weekly. Per the ruling, Lively may choose the space of her deposition but must make arrangements for Baldoni's legal team to have a dedicated computer and the ability to print and copy documents throughout.

Blake Lively has been granted a protective oder ahead of her deposition, which is set for July 17. Lively and Baldoni's trial is set for March 2026 in New York, and attorneys for both Lively and Baldoni have indicated that they plan to testify during the proceedings.
