ET: The felony drug case against Sean "Diddy" Combs' alleged drug mule Brendan Paul has been officially dismissed seven months after he managed to avoid jail time by entering a six month drug diversion program.

Brendan Paul, who has been labeled as Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ alleged drug mule, appears to be a free man, for now, as Florida state prosecutors have dropped all charges against him and dismissed his case.

Combs' former producer and videographer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones alleged in a lawsuit that Diddy "sexually harassed, drugged and threatened him" for over a year. He also claimed that Paul was Combs' "mule," who "acquired" and "distributed" "drugs and guns" for the rapper.
