Brendan Paul, the former Syracuse basketball player accused of acting as a drug and gun “mule” for Sean “Diddy” Combs, is no longer facing felony charges in Florida. Paul, 25, was arrested on March 25 at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport — the same day Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s mansions in Miami and Los Angeles.

Combs' former producer and videographer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones alleged in a lawsuit that Diddy "sexually harassed, drugged and threatened him" for over a year. He also claimed that Paul was Combs' "mule," who "acquired" and "distributed" "drugs and guns" for the rapper.
