AAP leader Atishi has resigned from the Delhi Chief Minister post today. She met Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena at Raj Niwas and submitted her resignation.

Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena reportedly told outgoing Delhi Chief Minister Atishi when she visited Raj Bhawan to submit her resignation that she had lost the Assembly elections because she was "cursed by Yamuna Maiya".

Atishi has officially stepped down as the Chief Minister of Delhi following the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) significant defeat in the recent assembly elections. According to ANI, she tendered her resignation to Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena at the Raj Niwas on Sunday.
