PETE BEACH, Fla. — As Marissa Bauer worked at the swimwear store, Swim City, Tuesday night, she saw smoke and then people running out of the CVS at the Dolphin Village plaza on St. Pete Beach.

At 2:45 p.m. on May 13, a fire abruptly began at the St. Pete Beach CVS Pharmacy in Dolphin Village on Gulf Boulevard.
