Stephen Colbert's feud with Trump following CBS' cancellation of "The Late Show" could finally earn his show its first Emmy, a Hollywood Reporter editor suggested.

Trump again celebrated the canceling of Colbert’s show on Tuesday, hinting that he may have had something to do with it. He also took aim at ABC host Jimmy Kimmel and NBC’s “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon.

In his first episode since announcing the cancellation of "Late Show," Stephen Colbert had choice words for Trump, who'd celebrated the news.

Stephen Colbert responded to Donald Trump’s celebratory post about The Late Show cancellation during his Monday night monologue, bluntly telling him to “go f***” himself. Last week, CBS revealed the popular late-night US chat show has been axed entirely and Colbert will not be replaced. The show will end in May 2026.
