Emergency crews found that the 85-year-old man was unresponsive at the scene. He was later pronounced dead at Norwalk Hospital.

Connecticut State Police said Frank Lawrence Brantner, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died in a crash on the Merritt Parkway in New Canaan Tuesday.

A man was killed following a four-car collision on a busy Connecticut highway. The crash happened in Fairfield County on Tuesday, Nov. 26 just after 3 p.m., when four vehicles became involved in an incident on the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) northbound in New Canaan just before Exit 37,
