After two slow months to start the season, New York Mets' outfielder Juan Soto is putting together arguably the best offensive month in team history in June.

The Mets blew the game open in the fourth inning, starting with a leadoff home run from Soto, his first of the day. Soto slammed the first pitch of the inning from Braves starter Didier Fuentes, a fastball that he launched 108.8 mph off the bat toward center field.

The Mets have now played half the season, and after all the gnashing of teeth about Juan Soto, they were celebrating him at Citi Field on Wednesday.
