Furious Michigan Wolverines fans want Sherrone Moore fired amid an ugly performance against the Ohio State Buckeyes.

"There's no blame, there's no pointing fingers," Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore said Saturday, Nov. 29. "We've got to work to get better."

But until Ohio State defensive coordinator Matt Patricia saved Day’s gold pants seat during Saturday’s 27-9 win over Michigan, nobody used a tool that predates the rivalry: A No. 2 pencil.

Ohio State’s defense held Michigan without a touchdown, although the Wolverines got out to 6-0 lead in the first quarter. Michigan’s freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood was ineffective as he went 8-for-18 passing with 63 yards and an interception which sealed the game for the Buckeyes.
