Four members of a neo-Nazi online group have been charged with federal crimes accusing them of grooming and extorting more than a dozen children to produce pornographic media and violent videos of self-harm.

Two men were arrested Tuesday, charged with being part of a neo-Nazi group that exploited children and coerced them to produce child porn. They were charged, along with two others, with running a "child exploitation enterprise.

In the case of the San Bernardino County children, a boy, identified in the indictment as co-conspirator R.M., conspired with a girl identified as Minor Victim 13 as well as a co-conspirator to produce pornography of herself and a prepubescent child, both county residents.
