Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams is calling it a career. An agent for the 30-year-old wideout informed the Los Angeles franchise Wednesday night that his client is retiring after eight seasons in the league, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Thursday. The retirement reveal comes as veterans report to training camp.
The Los Angeles Chargers have placed veteran receiver Mike Williams on the physically unable to perform list to begin training camp, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
