We get glimpses of life outside the bunker, with no tech or electricity, and people like season 2 newcomers Shailene Woodley and Thomas Doherty, roughing it in harsh landscapes and potentially facing more deadly natural disasters, not unlike the one that ended the world as we know it in the first season.

Alongside the release date, series creator Jonathan Tropper teased the future of his Apple TV+ hit to Esquire.
