A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Delaware County sold a winning Powerball with Power Play ticket worth $200,000 for the Saturday, Feb. 28 drawing, the Lottery said Monday. The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 6-20-35-54-65, and the red Powerball 10 to win $200,000, less applicable withholding.
