Rebecca Romijn is sharing an update on her return as Mystique in the highly-anticipated Avengers: Doomsday. At The Hollywood Reporter's San Diego Comic-Con suite, the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds star admitted that she wasn't sure if she's finished filming for the forthcoming Marvel film because the script isn't fully complete.

The actress reprises her past X-Men role as the shapeshifting mutant Mystique in the Marvel Cinematic Universe event film, which set up shop in the U.K. She also recently wrapped filming season 4 of Strange New Worlds in Toronto and will return to film season 5.

Doomsday is currently underway, its script has yet to reach its final form, as revealed by Rebecca Romijn, who reprises her role of Mystique in the 2026 Marvel feature. In a recent discussion, the actress shed some light on the progress of production on Joe and Anthony Russo’s upcoming MCU project
