The hip-hop mogul will not be freed from jail after another federal judge issued a ruling on his latest request for release on $50 million bail.

A New York federal judge denied Sean "Diddy" Combs' request to be released on bail, finding "by clear and convincing evidence" that the hip-hop mogul is potentially dangerous and "that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community.

Lawyers for the hip-hop mogul argued that a $50 million bail package they proposed would be sufficient to ensure Combs doesn’t flee and doesn’t try to intimidate prospective trial witnesses.
