Wipro shares inched lower on December 3, trading ex-bonus. The stock dropped to as low as Rs 290.3 apiece on BSE. Earlier, the Bengaluru-based IT major declared a 1:1 bonus.

Wipro's Q3FY25 guidance of minus 2 per cent to 1 per cent revenue growth in constant currency terms was muted. Analysts expect a gradual recovery in H2FY25 led by ramping of recently signed deals.

The shares of information and technology major Wipro are trading 50 per cent lower on Tuesday, turning ex-bonus in the ratio 1:1. Adjusted for the bonus share, the stock of the company was trading 49 per cent down from yesterday’s closing price of Rs 584.

Wipro’s previous bonus issue, in 2019, was declared in a 1:3 ratio, with the stock going ex-bonus on March 6, 2019. Before that, it issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 in 2017, 2:3 in 2010, and 1:1 in both 2005 and 2004.
