This recipe reminds me of bieng back in Greece where the food is so fresh and tasty. I serve these steaks with a fresh Greek salad, this is great for the BBQ. I used Silver Fern Farms Lamb Steak.

I had some leftover roast leg of lamb in the fridge, that needed using up. I created this Greek style salad to go with it. It's not a traditional Greek salad, but it has some of the elements in it.
