The Cowboys have a lot of work to do to reach Jones’ desired goal of winning the most Super Bowls as an owner.

The Cowboys haven't advanced past the Divisional Round of the playoffs since their last Super Bowl title in 1995. Dallas finished the 2025 season with a 7-9-1 record, missing the playoffs for the second straight year.
