Baby wipes sold under Target’s Up & Up brand have been recalled due to potential microbial contamination.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of baby wipes that were sold at Target stores nationwide

"The products are predominantly used on newborns, infants, and young children, who are particularly vulnerable to opportunistic infection due to their immature immune systems," said Target.
