Goff threw three interceptions, including his first pick-six this season, and lost a fumble. He finished with 23-of-40 passing with 313 yards and a touchdown, but it marked his fourth game this season when he had multiple interceptions. His 30% off-target rate was also his highest in a game this season, per ESPN Research.

Lions star offensive tackle Penei Sewell did all he could for the Lions on Saturday against the Commanders, but it just wasn't enough. The two-time All-Pro tackle is now headed to an early vacation along with the rest of his teammates.

But the Detroit Lions ended the week with about as good news as possible. NFL Network reports offensive line coach Hank Fraley will stay in Detroit. Fraley, who had two interviews with the Seattle Seahawks for their offensive coordinator position, will add run game coordinator to his title for the Lions.
