Duluth, MN ( KROC-AM News )- A northern Minnesota felon is facing federal charges after being busted with drugs and a firearm. That’s according to an indictment unsealed on Friday by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Minnesota. Local and federal law enforcement conducted the investigation that preceded the indictment.
