Court records released Monday have shed new light on a teen’s attempt to shoot up a school and library in Jackson County.

Wisconsin voters on Tuesday elected Susan Crawford the newest member of the state Supreme Court, leaving liberals in control of the seven-member body after they flipped the majority two years ago.
