Knox County Clerk David Shelton will ask the delegates attending next year's Republican State Convention to select him as the GOP nominee for secretary of state.

"As Indiana's secretary of state and head of (its) Business Services Division, I stand firmly against adding toll roads to our interstates," Diego Morales said.
