Lebanon has banned Disney’s Snow White remake from playing in cinemas because Israeli actress Gal Gadot, one of the film’s stars, is on the country’s boycott list. Ahmad Hajjar, Lebanon’s Interior Minister, recommended the ban, according to local newspaper An-Nahar.

Lebanon bans Disney’s live-action “Snow White” due to Israeli actress Gal Gadot’s role in the film. Gadot has long been blacklisted in the country for her IDF service and outspoken support for Israel.
