Arizona Diamondbacks star second baseman Ketel Marte was seen crying on the field during a pitch change after a fan made cruel comments towards him about his late mother.

Marte was visibly upset during the game Tuesday when a fan at Chicago's Rate Field yelled a taunt about his mother, who died in a 2017 car accident.
