At least seven people died when a medevac plane crashed in Philadelphia on Friday, including six Mexicans aboard the plane and one person who was on the ground, Mexico's president and Philadelphia's mayor said on Saturday.

Pennsylvania officials held a press conference where Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker confirmed at least one other person who was in a car was killed when an air ambulance carrying six people crashed near a mall in the northeast part of the city.
