Prince George's birthday photo tradition continues, and in this year's shot he looks much like his father, Prince William.

The caption reads, "Happy 12th Birthday to Prince George! 🎂." The sweet snap was taken by royal photographer Josh Shinner, who recently captured George's younger brother, Prince Louis, in a photo for his 7th birthday. George is Will and Kate's oldest child. In addition to their sons, the couple are proud parents to Princess Charlotte, 10.

The rocker helped define the sound, look and attitude of metal. But his persistence through addiction, his connection to audience and a late-career reality TV show endeared him to generations.
