A Conneaut Lake-area man has been sentenced to jail time followed by probation for involuntary manslaughter for causing a head-on crash almost two years ago that killed a Meadville woman.

David Irwin was sentenced in April to 28 years to life in prison after he pleaded guilty as charged to 15 counts, including six rape charges.
