The Chicago White Sox battled back from a four-run deficit Wednesday night but ultimately lost to the Detroit Tigers 5-4 at Rate Field.

The 28-year-old eventually gave up two runs, and although the Tigers clawed back, the White Sox stole the show in the 10th inning. The Tigers lost, 3-2, in the finale of the four-game series at Rate Field, settling for a split. In the bottom of the 10th, Tim Elko hit a walk-off single off right-handed reliever Beau Brieske.

Tim Elko delivered a game-winning single in the 10th inning and Josh Rojas contributed three hits as the host Chicago White Sox edged the Detroit Tigers 3-2 on Thursday.
