The Pittsburgh Steelers may not be as eager to sign quarterback Russell Wilson as most fans and analysts expected entering the offseason.

CBS Sports' Aditi Kinkhabwala refuted a report regarding the relationship between Russell Wilson and Arthur Smith on Feb. 5.

There has been a lot of chatter surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers and Russell Wilson over the last week. A report from Gerry Dulac claims that Wilson had training wheels put on him by offensive coordinator Arthur Smith with claims that he wasn’t allowed to check and audible at the line of scrimmage.

It didn’t take long before reports started coming out that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson and offensive coordinator Arthur Smith didn’t see eye to eye when Wilson was the starter. Now, Steelers beat writer Gerry Dulac offers a bit more clarity on the details of where the two had issues.
