Israel’s defense minister has vowed to prevent an aid boat carrying Greta Thunberg and other activists from reaching the Gaza Strip.

"Israel will not allow anyone to break the naval blockade of the Gaza Strip," Katz said in a statement on X.

The Israeli army said on Sunday it had retrieved the body of Hamas' military chief Mohammed Sinwar in an underground tunnel beneath a hospital in southern Gaza, following a targeted operation last month.

Israel says the body of Nattapong Pinta was retrieved in a special military operation. He had come to Israel to work in agriculture.
