Hell or Highwater' producer LBI Entertainment is behind a scripted project and CAA is repping rights for Read, who was acquitted of second-degree murder in the death of her police officer boyfriend.

Fresh off her acquittal, Karen Read is turning her two-trial ordeal over the 2022 death of her then-boyfriend into a feature film and book.

Judge Beverly Cannone said she believes “there is a risk of immediate and irreparable injury should the list be made available to the public at this time.”
