Middle and high school students attending Wilmington City Schools will start classes late this year because of a sewer line issue in the high school.

North College Hill City Schools Superintendent Eugene Blalock Jr. took to the district's social media page Wednesday evening saying he'd watched parents encourage students to fight one another.
