The Arizona Supreme Court has set a March 19 execution date for a man who pleaded guilty to murder more than 17 years ago and has said himself that his lethal injection is long overdue.

PHOENIX - The Arizona Supreme Court has issued a warrant for the execution of Aaron Brian Gunches. This decision follows a request by the State on Jan. 10, 2025, according to an official document. Gunches, convicted in 2007 for the kidnapping and murder of Ted Price, did not oppose the motion.
