A woman who filed a lawsuit against the Texas Lottery Commission for preventing her from recieving her $83.5 million jackpot — amid controversy over the use of third-party couriers to buy tickets — will finally get paid after an agreement was reached with lottery officials.

Someone won a $1 million prize from Powerball with a ticket purchased in Texas, according to the Texas Lottery. The winner purchased their ticket at Sam Beer Grill Grocery, at 3211 S. Hampton Road in Dallas.

The agency initially blocked the payout because of two state investigations into now-banned lottery courier services, one of which sold the winning ticket.
