Those who take tirzepatide, the drug sold as Zepbound and Mounjaro, could lose more weight than those who take semaglutide, known as Ozempic and Wegovy, according to new research.

In a 72-week trial, people taking Zepbound lost 50 pounds on average, compared with about 33 pounds for people taking Wegovy.
