Breathe symbol? Does anyone have more information regarding
It’s a Thai yant symbol in horribly hamfisted combination with an Indian om. It’s definitely not ancient. In combining these two symbols so clumsily, both of them are well ruined. Also, there is no suggestion of “breathe” anywhere, at least on the Sanskrit part. You’d have to ask someone else about the Thai part.

May 29, 2021 · That's not an ancient Sanskrit symbol for breathe. That's just false. It's not a Sanskrit symbol at all. Also, Sanskrit doesn't have just one written script. Devanagari is the most famous, but Sanskrit was and can be written using many scripts. It's not disrespectful because this isn't a real symbol from any real tradition.

The particular version might be tsungma khyuk. Which is the faster cursive version. Saw people saying it means breathe but personally I don't know of any word that's spelled that way that would mean breathe and the tattoo it self seems to be written a bit incorrectly.i could be wrong though. We (followers of Sanatana Dharma, popularly known as Hinduism) believe that aa, oo and m are the 3 basic sounds that represent creation, existence and end of the universe. It has a lot of interpretations/meanings, and is found everywhere throughout Hindu scriptures and prayers, usually taking a prominent place at the very start of a mantra or an invocation.
