This is my first Dell Desktop Computer. I always had HP brand before and a friend told me he was very happy with this particular model so I gave it a try and am I ever glad I did. Of course, it had double the RAM than my old one so that made a big difference. It operates very quickly and is so intuitive and user friendly, it's a dream, which is a good thing because there really wasn't much in the way of instructions included. It was indeed very easy to put together. The computer comes with a new keyboard and mouse, but you have to use your own speakers and monitor which worked out fine for me, I already had them anyway. I am very VERY happy with this Dell computer. Funny I never thought much of Dell before but after this unit, I am sold on them. Trust me, but it now and you'll thank me later!

I like the Dell Experian 3910 easy to set up.\nThe con is that the advertisement did not show that there is no internal mic for this computer, rendering my recording, apps, useless.\nI call Dell about no internal mic. They said they no longer make computers with internal mics. You have to use a headset to plug it in. Well, that just work for me.\nSo now I have to record from my phone or my iPad and upload the recording to my Dell computer.

Reviewed on www.walmart.com·Celtickrunch
Runs at 30-40C, sometimes spikes to the 50Cs. amazing. Runs all graphics at MAX settings for games like Warhammer 2 and Sekiro. I kept cooling in mind so nothing unnecessary was added, so I went without the additional lighting. I went with the I7 11700kf with turbo(4.9ghz, the best I7 they offered). I did this because I heard the 11th gen I9 is running hot. RTX 2060 super. I got the 16gb dual channel, yes I'll be getting more haha. Its not the beefiest, but with the high end water cooler, I'm never below 60 fps, usually not near it, running games on max settings, and of course it crushes the AutoCAD work. Oh yeah, I usually don't have it in overclock mode, I just keep the thermals in high performance mode. Makes the fans spin a little faster to help keep it cool. why burn out your components? With sekiro in the background,as I finish typing my temp is at 28C. People also complain about the price, well you get it professionally built by dell who has been around for just a couple of decades, and I compared the prices to companies like corsair or Nxzt, etc. I found the price of Alienware to be just as good if not better! In some cases I would be locked into a certain component because of random reasons like the case that came with that version, etc.. I love it.

Performance wise I can't complain...
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·Immortallis
Performance wise I can't complain with the Intel i7-11700KF, RTX 3080, 32GB Memory. However, it's not without fault - my CPU regularly hits 80C and the fans sound like a jet engine about to take off. There are numerous reports, videos, etc. indicating that some of the first things you MUST do is replace the budget intake fan and radiator fan with Premium ones that MUST be compatible so they don't trigger a BIOS error. Paying close to $4k CAD I was expecting a much better cooling system. There should at the very least be a second intake fan where the HDD slot is located (I don't have a HDD - should it even be an option in 2021?). I have also heard about people re-doing the thermal paste to immediately see lower CPU temps - again, why is this an issue for a Premium computer? I will admit, I did not complete enough research on my end as this has been an issue for the R10 and R11 which use the same form factor. Given that the latest gen Intel chips run at much higher temps I would have thought that high-end cooling be addressed by a premium dealer like Alienware (Dell).

It works really well but boy does it get HOT and rather loud while even playing basic games like League of Legends. (Apparently thats normal for nee graphics card to run hot, I'm used to NOT having one so I was surprised ) It randomly shut off once when I unplugged something from a back usb port and now i'm terrified of unplugging anything\n\nIt runs every game really well on high settings! No fps lag or screen tear! I can stream to twitch/discord without any problems too, so all in all I like it

Computer blue-screened several times the 24 hours of ownership -- CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. The very able Technical Support got control of my computer, turned on over clocking, and changed something in Windows 10. Then I no longer had blue-screen anymore thereafter. A mechanical design flaw prevented the HDMI cable to be completely seated in the GPU card, resulting in a loose connection, and causing occasional disruption of monitor display. This nuisance needs to be fixed in order not to harm Dell's quality excellence. It may be impractical to re-align the very big GPU card for those systems already shipped. For these system, I may suggest that the solution is to enlarge the cutout for the GPU card in order to allow the HDMI cable to be fully seated.

Yes, you're reading that right. Just got this baby about a week ago now and it runs like a dream! It came with a good amount of storage space for the OS (Operating System) to fit comfortably as well as an extra Terabyte of space for my games. Dell has made the Aurora R12 easy to get around too, the R12 comes with a whole slew of Alienware apps to help customize your system as well as get the help you need when you need it! I'm giving this system a solid full rating since I'm running all my games at 60 fps at Ultra graphic settings with Raytracing whilst finding all my files and learning more about my PC's functions with ease.

I had an Alienware ages ago, before the Dell purchase. Great machine, great build, stunningly distinct case, and I upgraded it until the technology aged out. I've had a Dell XPS for 12 years, following the same pattern... and I hit the point where some creative tasks began to suffer from dated motherboard tech, etc. Glad to be back in the Alienware family with the Aurora R12, with the same great features and attention to detail. Order was easy to spec to my liking, shipped two weeks before estimated, and purrs like a kitten (vs my old machine's occasional jet engine). I've cracked her open, and love what I see - clean, tight components, room to grow.

Lots of power, yet it's super quiet. \nBesides the great performance compared to my old PC, the thing that really surprised me was the sound quality from the embedded sound card. It was a drastic improvement and I'm using the same speakers. So nothing but the sound card and the drivers are different.
