During the third and last EVA of the final Apollo mission to the Moon – Apollo 17 – on 13 Dec. 1972, Gene Cernan, commander, took this photo at Station 6 of Jack Schmitt by the Lunar Roving Vehicle (LRV) with his visor up. The photo gives a good view of the rake and the seismic charge transporter behind Gene’s seat and, behind Jack's seat, the SEP (Surface Experiments Package) receiving antenna.
