Where would you place yourself? Ego bro lifter or technique stickler? I think that no matter the intensity technique has to hold up. Sure there can be minor form breakdown but it shouldn’t look like two completely different exercises comparing a warm up set to a working set. Unfortunately, I’ve been seeing a lot of videos lately of people claiming to be science based lifters while clearly ego lifting.
