Yeah, it doesn’t work to mix gluten-free [challah] or and bread dough by hand. The dough is very wet and sticky and no matter how long we “kneaded” the dough, it continued to stick!! We spent the next 10 minutes trying to get this dough off our hands. And we couldn’t stop laughing at the mess we were making. Celiac Pro Tip!
