Here is what I do to keep myself grounded when life gets overwhelming... 1️⃣ I let myself feel sad, mad or disappointed- but I don’t dwell in it. I give it an hour, or a day, or a week in really bad situations... but after a while I move to the next step: 2️⃣ Everything that happens is for the best. It's a mental exercise to look for the positive, even if you have to dig deep. There is always a meaning. a message, a lesson or a benefit. Celebrate it, I know it sounds so hard, but you can do it!
